Ode To The Sun Have a look at the sky I think it s high time for a ride Let's jump into the van And get away, as far as we can Let's find a nice place by a lake And feel the wind on our face Let us lie down by the waterside Till we feel like taking another dive Let us float and inhale the day Drink some sunlight before it fades away I got my uke with me, let's sing some songs To feel as one is all I want And when the sun starts sinking behind the trees We're all feeling satisfied and free Let us float and inhale the day Drink some sunlight and then watch it fade away ... away... Watch the sparks flying... Watch the flames dancing

Lucky Day 02:55
Lucky Day I got on my bike, I made it straight to a river I followed the river till I reached the sea Got rid of my clothes and took a dip in the water `cause that was just where I was longing to be, thinking... Almost nothing left to desire for today To call this one... another lucky day I took out my uke and played a song to the wind Embraced the dreams that arrived and felt my blood go so wild I took some deep breaths and let the sun warm my skin All my best plans were none, yet everything would be fine, thinking... Almost nothing left to desire for today To call this one... another lucky day I cycled back to the city with some lines in my mind Felt at peace with myself and so with everything else What a gift just to witness those clouds in the sky All that was yet to come, oh well I just couldn't tell, thinking... Almost nothing left to desire for today To call this one... another lucky day

On My Mind (Pfingstmontag) The sun is still the same Yet it shines so much brighter than just yesterday And the air, it may not be clearer Yet today, the sky feels so much nearer And the gentle breeze it feels so divine While all the leaves are waving me hello ... Since you are on my mind Since I've seen your smiling eyes And my heart, it may beat the same way Yet it beats much more decisively today My breath, it may not have changed Yet today I breathe so much lighter than just yesterday And the gentle breeze it feels so divine While all the leaves are waving me hello ... Since you are on my mind Since I've seen your smiling eyes Since I'm spending all my time with you... on my mind

Dusty Sunset 02:52
Dusty Sunset This must be the place And above all the characteristics of the place This must be the time To be nowhere to be found To light up all the candles and go around To acknowledge the stones that each day has given us And then throw it all back to where the flowers look like dust Throw it all back to where the sunset looks like rust There must be a way of slowing down the pace This must be the mind that's always been so hard to find Go light up all the candles and go around Acknowledge the stones that each day has given us And then throw it all back to where the flowers look like dust Throw it all back to where the sunset looks like rust This must be the place and above all, the characteristics of the place

Railways 03:58
Railways Sittin' on a train in the Czech Republic Travellin' beyond borders Thinkin' 'bout the ways that I'd like to change And wonderin' how to regain mental order While the raindrops are fallin' on the rails The sound they're makin' might be some precious tale That you'll only hear if you try not to translate Sittin' on the same train but now in Germany Allowin' myself to make these lines a mess 'Cause nothing might ever really reach the ground Before these lights are goin' out... While the sunrays are dryin' up the rails And the silence in them might be some precious tale That you'll only hear if you try not to translate And the raindrops are fallin' on the rails The sound they're makin' might be some precious tale That you'll only hear if you try not to translate

In Good Company No, I don't need a thing But a little sand under my feet The air is free and so are the waves And the sweet, sweet warmth upon my face Well, I may be longing for someone to care I may be longing for someone to adore I may be longing for someone to share this with but... No, I don't need a thing But a little soil under my feet The air is free and so are the trees And the sweet, sweet warmth upon my face I may be longing for someone to care for I may be longing for somene to adore I may be longing for someone to share this with but... I am in good company spending time here by the sea I am in good company spending time here just with me

Friends like you I've got friends that I rarely see, yet so familiar when we meet And I've got friends who are glad to give a hand in whichever way they can I've got friends who offer me their bed and sleep in sleeping bags themselves I've got friends who understand oh so clearly who I am (almost better than myself sometimes) And I guess that I'm more than blessed... with friends like you Yeah I guess that I'm more than blessed... with friends like you I've got friends who've helped me grow so much and make me go ahead I've got friends who proved to be friends indeed when I was so in need And I've got friends who call up friends when they need help in helping me I've got friends who cheer me up by making me want to make them laugh Yeah I guess that I'm more than blessed... with friends like you Ah you know we never know just what the future holds But I'll try to be true and to just be a friend like you And I know that I'm more than blessed... with friends like you Yeah I know that I'm more than blessed... with friends like you I do love you too...

Navigating 03:44
Navigating I'm a sailor on the ocean I feel the Earth in constant motion I keep my eyes on the horizon I keep my eyes on the horizon With my heart and mind in place I am navigating time and space With my heart and mind in place I am travelling at my own pace I have sailed through many a storm And after each one I'm reborn I keep my eyes on the horizon I keep my eyes on the horizon With my heart and mind in place I am navigating time and space With my heart and mind in place I am travelling at my own pace I'm reading signs across the sky My soul's in balance with the tides

Beautiful Exile- Daniel Haselwanter   Alright now, here we are So far, so far... From any city, street or bar With our eyes upon the stars   When we go fishing from a boat The lake is shimmering like gold Breathe in the beauty that unfolds No greater peacefulness I've ever known   This little cottage in the wild Gets me excited like a child Hardly believe I may reside In such a beautiful exile   The sauna's ready, let's get in Make me sweat just like a Finn When we're done we'll take a swim I guess my soul is growing wings From the other side of the lake Two wolves are howling a goodnight to me …
